Shipping charge & time

Delivery time = Handling time + Transit time

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit time: 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri)

We’ll make reasonable efforts to ensure the carrier delivers within the estimated window from the purchase date. If delays occur, we’ll notify you and work to minimize the impact.

  • USA (Standard, tracked): Flat $4.99 USD

Shipping method

Orders are processed in our facility, then shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL (provider selected based on speed and destination).

Undeliverable packages / address issues

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, any re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Yes—we ship internationally. Rates, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/value.
