Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wilowale.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid label (when applicable) and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Change of mind / size exchange: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We cover return shipping—please contact us immediately with photos.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges
Fastest method: return the item and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired item/size.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us ASAP.
If more than 1 hour has passed, please wait for delivery and then request a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has left our warehouse. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
